The principal, Naomi Stafford BA LLB AMusA, was admitted as a solicitor of the New South Wales Supreme Court in 1991. She practised as a solicitor in Sydney for fourteen years, including five years as a partner in a city law firm. Naomi has extensive experience in property, building and construction, and general commercial matters. She has acted for government, both state and federal, public companies, small business and individuals.

In January, 2006, Naomi moved to the Northern Rivers region of NSW and started Stafford Lawyers.
